How does online physiotherapy work?

Online physiotherapy offers a flexible and convenient way for you to receive expert care from the comfort of your home. It is designed to provide you with the same high-level care and outcomes as in clinic, ensuring your rehabilitation journey is uninterrupted, no matter where you are.

We will complete a thorough assessment and create a bespoke program that is just for you, just like we would if we were face to face. You are more likely to get a better result as it encourages active treatment strategies such as mobility and strengthening exercises, achieving a long term solution to your problems.

Who is this for?

This program is for anyone who is tired of cookie cutter rehab plans that don't work and aren't fixing the root cause.

I want to help athletes return from injury confidently, knowing that we have turned over every leaf to get to the root cause of the problem and done everything to get themselves back to performing at their peak.

Question 3

Do I need gym access?

Accepted Answer

Ideally for a well structured strength and conditioning program access to a gym with a good selection of weights and machines will help, however we can adapt any program to suit what you have available. Just let us know what you have access to!

Question 4

How much contact will I get with you?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the package you choose, you will have at minimum a monthly 1 on 1 video call, but you will have daily access to myself as needed through Whatsapp, as well as through the training app which is more than any traditional physiotherapist.

Imagine having a physio in your pocket at all times!

What happens if I don't achieve my goals in 12 weeks?

Some injuries can take longer than others, frustrating I know! It will be a conversation we have at the start of your program, depending on what problem you are looking to solve, we will discuss appropriate timelines and packages to suit you.

12 weeks covers many common injuries and complaints, however we all know that rehab isn't always linear and can take longer than expected. If this is the case, and you are still happy that you are progressing and responding to the treatment plan we will push on until your rehab is complete.

No underdone or half-completed rehab plans here.

What if I'm interested but want to discuss a few things first?

That is 100% okay, I’m sure many of you have experienced poor rehabilitation and want to make sure everything is right before you start. All programs offer a free 15min discovery call to make sure we are a good match and ensure that we are going to be able to help you reach your goals.
